2. It’s in the doing

Finweek English Edition - - INSIGHT -

Whether it’s the ability to seize an opportunity or the belief that he or she (more than likely a ‘ he’) is able to change their circumstances, the entrepreneur is a doer. The entrepreneur generally views sleep as a waste of time that could be better spent doing something. Dinner is a chance to network, going to the bathroom is a chance to check emails, a red traffic light is a chance to make a quick call, and they can rarely strike a balance between a personal life and their next new venture because they don’t see the need to compartmentalise areas of their life. The entrepreneur does not understand words like ‘ holiday’, ‘evening’ or ‘weekend’ and this makes being married to one particularly challenging.
