Africa can ad­dress th­ese short­com­ings by fo­cus­ing on shared value, fos­ter­ing and en­cour­ag­ing en­trepreneur­ship, work­ing to­gether as a re­gion, start­ing – and com­plet­ing – in­fra­struc­ture projects, and form­ing public-pri­vate part­ner­ships.
