The in­crease in first-half profit re­ported by lux­ury group LVMH, whose brands in­clude Louis Vuit­ton and Moët & Chan­don, the strong­est earn­ings growth in three years, ac­cord­ing to Bloomberg. The group recorded strong sales in Europe and the US, while it has been un­der pres­sure in China, Hong Kong and Ma­cau, the com­pany said.
