MD OF YOUTH LAB AND DI­REC­TOR AT THE NA­TIONAL PLAN­NING COM­MIS­SION Ndlovu leads a team of nine in­di­vid­u­als who es­tab­lished Youth Lab four years ago. It is a non-profit youth think tank. Youth Lab also runs a pro­gramme called I Cr8 SA, an in­cu­ba­tion pro­gramme where young in­no­va­tors in South Africa get the op­por­tu­nity to turn their ideas into sus­tain­able ven­tures. She is di­rec­tor at the Na­tional Plan­ning Com­mis­sion Sec­re­tar­iat Sup­port Unit, re­spon­si­ble for public en­gage­ment co­or­di­na­tion in the depart­ment of plan­ning, mon­i­tor­ing and eval­u­a­tion within the pres­i­dency.
