Our busi­ness model and the way we re­ward and pro­mote our staff are de­signed to en­cour­age ex­cel­lence. Our se­nior ex­ec­u­tives are share­hold­ers in the busi­ness, align­ing their long-term in­ter­ests with those of our clients. All other staff re­ceive a sub­stan­tial por­tion of their re­mu­ner­a­tion in the form of per­for­mance-based bonuses.

Be­yond that there is a very pow­er­ful in­sti­tu­tional cul­ture passed down over gen­er­a­tions. It’s dif­fi­cult to pin down, but I guess it ’s a com­bi­na­tion of the peo­ple you look for; the peo­ple you hire; and the peo­ple who choose to un­der­pin and per­pet­u­ate it.
