ISA Holdings has received a non-binding offer for the company, which the board is considering. ISA is a great IT business operating mostly in the financial services space, but the share price has never really rewarded investors despite great results over the years. In a sense it’s a lifestyle business and generally this type of listed business eventually gets delisted. Being a listed company means that a company is both growing and acquiring other companies, or gets acquired in order to fuel another company’s growth ambitions. ISA seems to be falling into the latter camp.
