A rand-de­nom­i­nated ex­change-traded note (ETN) that tracks the Stan­dard Bank Africa com­mod­ity in­dex. The in­dex in­vests in four recog­nised com­mod­ity sub-sec­tors which in­clude base me­tals, pre­cious me­tals, en­ergy and agri­cul­tural. The re­spec­tive un­der­ly­ing com­modi­ties are alu­minium and cop­per, gold and plat­inum, crude oil, maize and wheat.

Tracks the move­ments of the Ken­sho New Economies Com­pos­ite In­dex (KNEX). This is an in­dex that at­tempts to cap­ture the so-called 4th In­dus­trial Rev­o­lu­tion and is pri­mar­ily in­vested in new tech­nolo­gies that aim to fun­da­men­tally change the way we live. This is an ex­cit­ing in­vest­ment into things like au­ton­o­mous ve­hi­cles, clean tech, drones, 3D print­ing, ro­bot­ics, nan­otech­nol­ogy, smart build­ings, vir­tual re­al­ity, cy­ber­se­cu­rity, space and wear­able tech­nol­ogy. This ETF in­vests in mar­i­juana-re­lated stocks in the US and Canada. Re­cently, leg­is­la­tion was amended that has le­galised the use of mar­i­juana for both med­i­cal and recre­ational use in cer­tain parts of the US. With these changes have come a num­ber of listed mar­i­juana pro­duc­ers in both the recre­ational and med­i­cal space. Note that this ETF is not listed on the JSE and can only be bought through a Cana­dian dol­lar-de­nom­i­nated off­shore ac­count (out­side of SA).
