Just Pro­per­ty laun­ches brand new web­si­te

Just Pro­per­ty, that has ne­ar­ly 100 bran­ches na­ti­on­wi­de, has just laun­ched its new na­ti­o­nal web­si­te with fe­a­tu­res that stre­am­li­ne the con­su­mer ex­pe­rien­ce.

“The fo­cus of our new web­si­te is to en­su­re that our clients can e­a­si­ly and ra­pid­ly find the in­for­ma­ti­on they are look­ing for,” says Chris G­reen­wood, chief techno­lo­gy of­fi­cer at Just Pro­per­ty. “Our new si­te lo­ads ex­tre­me­ly quick­ly and re­mem­bers u­ser acti­vi­ty to de­li­ver an ex­cep­ti­o­nal di­gi­tal ex­pe­rien­ce. Both the de­sk­top and mo­bi­le ver­si­ons are sim­ple, se­am­less and stun­ning. I strongly be­lie­ve the mar­ket will re­cog­ni­se the va­lue in all the tools, ad­vi­ce and ap­pli­ca­ti­ons on it.”

Ac­cor­ding to G­reen­wood, a u­ni­que com­pa­ri­son tool al­lows u­sers to com­pa­re up to three pro­per­ty fe­a­tu­res. “If they re­gis­ter on My Just Pro­per­ty, they’ll re­cei­ve per­so­na­li­sed pro­per­ty alerts and be a­ble to access his­to­ri­cal se­ar­ches and en­qui­ries. They’ll au­to­ma­ti­cal­ly see the la­test pro­per­ties ma­t­ching their last se­arch, be a­ble to pin pro­per­ties they are fol­lo­wing, and ha­ve access to gre­at ad­vi­ce as well as Just Pro­per­ty’s va­ri­ous new­slet­ters.”

Your Pro­per­ty Jour­ney helps de­m­ys­ti­fy the buying pro­cess for no­vi­ce buy­ers. This ad­di­ti­on in­clu­des a new on­li­ne pre-qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on tool (po­we­red by My Bond Fit­ness) that of­fers in­stant re­sults re­gar­ding a client’s buying po­wer. With this free of char­ge ser­vi­ce to any buy­er look­ing to sign up, they can check their cre­dit sco­re, test their af­for­da­bi­li­ty and obtain a pre-qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on cer­ti­fi­ca­te.

Le­ver­a­ging the po­wer of Google maps, buy­ers can see which schools, hos­pi­tals, re­stau­rants, malls and parks are lo­ca­ted ne­ar the pro­per­ty they are look­ing at.
