COBB PREMIER, ROAST RACK AND KETTLE

Getaway (South Africa) - - On Track -

The short time between setup to sizzle, (less than seven minutes if you’re using the Cobble Stone, a purpose-made briquette) is what makes the Cobb a handy addition to camping cookware. And it actually works – once the stone is hot, there’s about two hours of cooking time and between the roasting grill and rack, it can do anything from smoked salmon to veggies or just a straight-up steak. There is also a new lightweight Cobb Kettle attachment that boils water in 10 minutes and has a heat-resistant rubber handle for grip and pouring stability. The unit is easy to clean but aluminium disposable inner sleeves make it even easier – we learnt that the hard way.
