Tiny tools to keep every hair in its place.
Ties and pin basics
The most basic of tools is also the most important (which is why most of us have a bunch at the bottom of our bags!). For extra grip spritz with texture spray and slip into your hair, straight side up.
Growing out layers can be awkward, especially when the ends are too short for an updo, but snap clips hold large sections of hair at once and they stay put. Plus, they can be a pretty feature.
These work brilliantly to hold long, thick or curly hair in a top knot or bun. An expert trick to stop them from slipping out: bend one arm to create a Z-shape and use as normal.
