Lifestyle features writer at Cape Argus “Have the curiosity of a child.”

One morning I’m learning how to make wine in Stellenbosch, and the next I’m interviewing a young entrepreneur who has risen above his unfortunate circumstances. This is how unpredictable my job is, and I love the versatility. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn and be inspired, which means I’m constantly growing as a person. It’s a privilege to be able to document stories of aspiring Africans and to witness the change that will influence many generations to come.

There’s so much happening in our country and globally. Read as much as you can, meet people who will take you out of your comfort zone, and travel as much as possible. Not only will you learn about the world, but you’ll learn about yourself as well.
