Inside our GLAMOUR’S Most GLAMOUROUS event

April marked one of the year’s most stylish and prestigious events: our GLAMOUR’S Most GLAMOUROUS Awards in association with L’oréal Paris.

An annual celebration of all things gorgeous, GLAMOUR’S Most GLAMOUROUS honours women who epitomise this magical quality, and this year’s 10 incredible winners were celebrated with a sophisticated and swish soirée at Joburg’s elegantly enchanting Morrells Boutique Estate.

As the sun set, A-listers arrived to enjoy the beautiful venue along with mouthwatering canapés, refreshing cocktails by Rose’s and Pravda Vodka, stunning touch-ups at the L’oréal makeup station, and happy socialising.

Then it was time for the ceremony. Our MC Nicole Flint (who arrived in a limousine sponsored by GUESS, wearing a blush gown by Vesselina Pentcheva) and GLAMOUR editor Pnina Fenster (wearing a teal velvet creation by Casper Bosman and gilded Mimco accessories), took to the stage to introduce the 2016 winners.

It was a very special line-up of South African beauties – and every one with a distinct style of her own, proving that glamour takes many wonderful forms!
