But don’t force your­self to do Bikram yoga un­less you love it. “Peo­ple fo­cus on sweat­ing be­cause they think it elim­i­nates tox­ins , but ex­er­cise won’t do much for toxin clear­ance,” ex­plains sweat spe­cial­ist Dr Dee Anna Glaser.
