Tracy Anderson, who trains the star, shares two of her top moves.
V-punch Stand with your feet just wider than hip-width apart, a 1kg weight in each hand at your hips. Punch right arm all the way up, with palm facing front. Do four times. Repeat with palm facing back. Complete three times. Switch sides; repeat.
Walking plank Start in a high plank. Imagine your feet pointed to six on a clock face. Keep your body straight as you rotate counterclockwise slowly until feet are at three o’clock. Move back to six. Rotate clockwise to nine and back for one rep. Do three to five reps. Break, then repeat.
