V-punch Stand with your feet just wider than hip-width apart, a 1kg weight in each hand at your hips. Punch right arm all the way up, with palm fac­ing front. Do four times. Re­peat with palm fac­ing back. Com­plete three times. Switch sides; re­peat.

Walk­ing plank Start in a high plank. Imag­ine your feet pointed to six on a clock face. Keep your body straight as you ro­tate coun­ter­clock­wise slowly un­til feet are at three o’clock. Move back to six. Ro­tate clock­wise to nine and back for one rep. Do three to five reps. Break, then re­peat.
