Sex 7 Seriously hot turn-ons

Glamour (South Africa) - - All About You -

Look at the big picture: how would a move affect your CV? You will be more attractive to employers if you’ve held a position for 18-36 months, while a history of changing jobs every few months will impact negatively on your future employment. And if your current job isn’t turning out as expected, it means that there’s something you could learn from the experience. Reflect on the interview process: what were your expectations and what were the company’s?

Self-coaching can also provide valuable insight into what a job can do for you and how things could change. Write down the areas where you’re doing well and the expectations that are panning out. Then explore the reasons why the job is not what you’d hoped for.

If you go through this process and discover that you really are in the wrong place, go ahead and look for something else. Don’t stay if you’re unhappy. Just make sure you have financial support, like a new job lined up or savings, in case you don’t find a new position straight away.
