Put 2-3 scoops of ice cream, al­ter­nat­ing each flavour, into four fairly tall and spa­cious glasses.

Add two gen­er­ous ta­ble­spoons of diced blue­ber­ries, straw­ber­ries and peaches atop the ice cream, then add 2-3 Amarena cher­ries with a lit­tle of their syrup. Fi­nally sprin­kle crum­bled Amaretti bis­cuits into each glass.

Re­peat all of the steps and add a fur­ther two scoops of ice cream, diced fruit and Amarena cher­ries. Pour the cream into a pas­try bag and top each glass with a gen­er­ous swirl of cream and the re­main­ing Amarena cher­ries to dec­o­rate. Serve with wafer bis­cuits.

You can also sub­sti­tute the fruit for canned whipped cream de­pend­ing on your per­sonal taste and the sea­son.
