I work out my body to stay toned. are there face work­outs I can do to stay young?

Try this mini-work­out by Face love Fit­ness, two to three times a week.

1 Start by work­ing the fore­head: pull your eye­brows in­ward while hold­ing your tem­ples (with your in­dex and pinkie fin­gers) to cre­ate re­sis­tance. Do 10 reps.

2 Next, give your eyes a lift by plac­ing the pads of your fin­gers un­der both eyes (the in­dex fin­ger should be just un­der your lower eye­lashes; the mid­dle fin­gers should be just on top of your cheek) and squint­ing. Try to close your eyes, but use your hands to make it harder. Hold for five counts. Do 10 reps.

3 Fin­ish by ton­ing your jaw with a chin press. Make your hands into fists and place them un­der your chin, like a plat­form. Slowly press your chin to your chest, push­ing against fists, for five counts. Do 10 reps.
