Do not get on the scale more than once a week. That’s enough to stay on track without driv­ing your­self crazy. Find a 1-3kg weight range you’re com­fort­able in, and if the scale goes up more, keep a closer eye on your diet. Also, make your weigh-in rou­tine con­sis­tent for ac­cu­rate re­sults.
