Glamour (South Africa) - - All about you -

What is it? Buchu is a natural remedy that has a potent cocktail of vitamins and minerals, including quercetin, rutin, hesperidin, diosmin and vitamins A, B and E. It’s actually been around since the 1860s.

What does it do? With winter upon us, it can help prevent and fight off those pesky colds and flus. It also acts as an anti-inflammatory for aches and pains, antihistamine for allergies and as a diuretic for flushing out toxins.

How to take it? You can promote overall wellbeing by incorporating buchu into your daily diet through detox teas and herbal waters. Gels and capsules are also available for joint pain and UTI relief.
