Fa­cial­ist Kristina Ho­ley shares how you can pam­per your skin.

Start with su­per clean skin

Scoop up a gen­er­ous amount of cleanser, dab it onto your fore­head and cheeks, then mas­sage into skin for two to three min­utes. Add wa­ter, mas­sage some more, then rinse thor­oughly.

Do a detox mask

Ap­ply an even, thin layer all over your face. “It’ll re­move dead skin cell buildup and en­able other prod­ucts to pen­e­trate bet­ter,” Kristina ex­plains. Rinse well af­ter 15 min­utes for the best re­sults.

Mas­sage in your mois­turiser

“Mas­sag­ing will help in­crease blood flow,” Kristina says. Smooth mois­turiser onto your face, then warm up a few drops of oil in your palms and gently press it into your skin to seal it all in.
