Give yourself a pro facial
Facialist Kristina Holey shares how you can pamper your skin.
Start with super clean skin
Scoop up a generous amount of cleanser, dab it onto your forehead and cheeks, then massage into skin for two to three minutes. Add water, massage some more, then rinse thoroughly.
Do a detox mask
Apply an even, thin layer all over your face. “It’ll remove dead skin cell buildup and enable other products to penetrate better,” Kristina explains. Rinse well after 15 minutes for the best results.
Massage in your moisturiser
“Massaging will help increase blood flow,” Kristina says. Smooth moisturiser onto your face, then warm up a few drops of oil in your palms and gently press it into your skin to seal it all in.
