Tommy Hilfiger’s amusement park

When Tommy Hilfiger debuted his spring line in February – think ’90s Americana, patchwork denim, stars and stripes – he moved the show from its usual setting at New York Fashion Week to Venice Beach, California.

There, KCD Worldwide production team created Tommyland fairground, with carnival rides, food trucks, street performers and a Fergie concert.

After showing his designs, including a capsule collection by model Gigi Hadid, pop-up shops opened to sell all the looks that moments before had been roller skating down the runway. More American than apple pie.
