Glamour (South Africa) - - Guide / Head Out -

Now in its 14th year of hosting over 3 200 concerts, featuring many of Africa’s and the world’s most famous stars and musical talents, the muchanticipated Bassline jazz festival is bringing top-of-the-line staging, production and performances. The festival kicks off with panel discussions focusing on the legacy of Nelson Mandela and the promotion of democracy. And, of course, no Bassline show is complete without some entertainment from the likes of Sipho ‘Hotstix’ Mabuse, Azah, Ghorwane, Elida Almeida and more. On 26-27 May at Constitution Hill, Braamfontein. For info, visit bassline.co.za.
