THE CLASSIC LINER

Glamour (South Africa) - - FEEL -

1 CREATE A BASE

Draw a thin line as close to your lash line as possible so there’s no gap. Start at the middle of your eye and gradually go towards the outer corner. Now, go back to the inner corner and draw a line to where you started.

2 ADD STRUCTURE

If you want a thicker line, go back to the middle again, creating a thicker stripe towards the outer corner. (Lean your elbows on the table to keep your hands steady.) Go back to the inner corner of your eye and repeat as above. Keep in mind that the thickness will gradually increase from the inner corner to the middle – the middle should always be the thickest part of your line.

3 JUST WING IT

Place a dot where you want your wing to end on both sides. Use the outer edge of your eyebrow as a guide. Open your eyes and look straight in the mirror to make sure the dots are in the same place on both sides. Extend the line from the outer corner of your eye to meet the dot. Go over the liner one more time to ensure that it’s dense and perfect. Finish o„ by dipping a cotton bud into makeup remover to clean up the shape for more defined edges.
