Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet lifted and hands be­hind head. Keep your chest up and back straight as you lean back to en­gage abs. Twist to bring your right el­bow to your left knee, straight­en­ing the right leg (as shown). Re­peat on op­po­site side for one rep. do 10-15 reps.
