Roald Dahl’s fa­bles come to life

STEPS of Style Dance Stu­dio in­vites East Lon­don to step into the pages of Roald Dahl favourites as they present their show at the Guild Theatre this week­end.

“I loved read­ing the books as a child and watch­ing the movies. The mes­sages the books por­tray are so poignant and I hope we can bring that to life with our show,” stu­dio owner and dance teacher, Nicole Win­dell said.

With var­ied dance styles in­clud­ing African, bal­let, hip hop, tap and Span­ish as well as heaps of en­thu­si­asm, the show is set to be an explosion of en­ergy and fun, guar­an­teed to be en­joyed by the whole fam­ily.

The show will be run­ning from tonight un­til Satur­day with a mati­nee per­for­mance on Satur­day af­ter­noon.

Tick­ets can be pur­chased at the Guild Theatre or at Com­puticket at R90 per per­son or R70 for chil­dren un­der 12 years old.
