MAKE SMALL EYES SEEM BIGGER The irony is that small eyes will stand out best when it looks like you’re not wearing any eyeliner at all, whereas a thick rim of black all around can drown them out. To start, trace a creamy black pencil along your top lids, keeping it as close to the lashes as possible. ‘The line should be almost undetectable so it simply defines your lash lines, which helps the lashes look naturally fuller,’ says Jessica Alba’s makeup artist Daniel Martin. Then, swap the black pencil for a flesh-toned one and use that to line the inner rims of your bottom lids. ‘This neutral shade tones down any redness and attracts light to the area, making your eyes seem bright and open,’ Martin explains.
