MOIR’S Clas­sic Scones recipe 60g sun-dried toma­toes, sliced 125g cherry toma­toes 150g moz­zarella balls 80ml pesto salt and freshly ground black pep­per, to taste fresh basil leaves, to gar­nish

METHOD

1. Pre­heat oven to 180°C and pre­pare the MOIR’S Clas­sic Scones recipe.

2. Place on a greased baking tray and shape into a 1cm-thick square.

3. Top with sun-dried toma­toes, cherry toma­toes and moz­zarella. Bake for 15 to 20 min­utes.

4. Dot with pesto, sea­son to taste and gar­nish with fresh basil leaves. GH
