SERVES 2 TO 4
MOIR’S Classic Scones recipe 60g sun-dried tomatoes, sliced 125g cherry tomatoes 150g mozzarella balls 80ml pesto salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste fresh basil leaves, to garnish
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare the MOIR’S Classic Scones recipe.
2. Place on a greased baking tray and shape into a 1cm-thick square.
3. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Dot with pesto, season to taste and garnish with fresh basil leaves. GH
