So­lu­tion: Opt for a café au lait with low-fat milk or un­sweet­ened soy milk – more cof­fee and less milk than a latte, and fewer kilo­joules. Or go for a cap­puc­cino made with low-fat milk – a still light but creamy treat. For ex­tra flavour, add some co­coa pow­der, cin­na­mon or vanilla pow­der and, in­stead of sugar, use a low-kilo­joule sweet­ener like Suganon, which con­tains ste­via.
