Solution: Opt for a café au lait with low-fat milk or unsweetened soy milk – more coffee and less milk than a latte, and fewer kilojoules. Or go for a cappuccino made with low-fat milk – a still light but creamy treat. For extra flavour, add some cocoa powder, cinnamon or vanilla powder and, instead of sugar, use a low-kilojoule sweetener like Suganon, which contains stevia.
