LEMONADE ICE LOLLIES
Makes 6 small ice lollies
85g granulated sugar
200ml lemon juice pansies or other edible flowers
1. Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a saucepan and let simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Chill the syrup, then add lemon juice to taste.
2. Pour a little lemonade into moulds, and add flowers. Freeze for about an hour. Repeat with lemonade and flowers until moulds are filled. Remember to add sticks along the way. Freeze overnight.
