Makes 6 small ice lol­lies

100ml water

85g gran­u­lated su­gar

200ml lemon juice pan­sies or other ed­i­ble flow­ers

1. Bring the water and su­gar to the boil in a saucepan and let sim­mer un­til the su­gar has dis­solved. Chill the syrup, then add lemon juice to taste.

2. Pour a lit­tle lemon­ade into moulds, and add flow­ers. Freeze for about an hour. Re­peat with lemon­ade and flow­ers un­til moulds are filled. Re­mem­ber to add sticks along the way. Freeze overnight.
