Graphic de­signer Viva Thabethe and his broth­ers Mandla and Lizwe started hand­crafted fash­ion ac­ces­sories busi­ness Project In­flamed and the very pop­u­lar Dig Inn food stand, which pops up at the Four­ways Farm­ers’ Mar­ket, Neigh­bour­goods Mar­ket and Mar­ket on Main ev­ery week. ‘The base of the food we pre­pare at the mar­kets is home­made corn­bread,’ says Viva. ‘My mom taught us how to make it and we wanted to share it. Our top­pings are ten­derised steak strips or chicken and we also have a veg­e­tar­ian dish made with spinach, mush­room, gin­ger and pep­pers.’ 072 436 9520
