Warm­ing, spiced, whisky-spiked drinks on a cold win­ter’s night can re­ally com­fort the soul. Gin­ger is great for di­ges­tion, has strong, flu-fight­ing qual­i­ties and can re­duce blood pres­sure. Gin­seng helps with en­ergy and cog­ni­tive func­tion, and there’s lots of vi­ta­min C in the mix with both or­ange and le­mon juices. Serves 2

1 camomile teabag

4 thick slices of fresh gin­ger,

lightly scored

4 strips of or­ange peel 120ml or­ange juice

25ml le­mon juice
