New commissioners named
President Jacob Zuma has appointed new commissioners to serve in the Public Service Commission. The Presidency on Wednesday said the President has appointed the commissioners for a period of five years.
They are Clara Phumelele Nzimande, advocate Richard Khaliphile Sizani and Dr Tholumuzi Bruno Luthuli.
“President Zuma wishes the new commissioners all the best in their new important responsibilities,” the Presidency said in a media release.
The Public Service Commission is a regulatory agency whose responsibilities include, among others, oversight of the telecommunications industry.
