Mug cake

This in­stant cake is so easy, it’s al­most too good to be true. The choco­late you use will in­flu­ence the sweet­ness of the cake; keep this in mind when you add the su­gar. Makes 1 sump­tu­ous serv­ing Prepa­ra­tion time: 2 min­utes Cook­ing time: 2 min­utes • 45ml self-rais­ing flour • 15–30ml brown su­gar • 15ml cocoa • 125ml dark choco­late chips • pinch of salt • 45ml milk • 15ml coconut oil • 15ml peanut but­ter

Spoon the dry in­gre­di­ents into a cof­fee mug and stir un­til blended. Add the milk, oil and peanut but­ter and stir un­til it all comes to­gether. Mi­crowave for 2 min­utes on high. Let the cake cool for a minute in the closed mi­crowave. Dec­o­rate as de­sired and en­joy straight from the mug. We added a dol­lop of cream, marsh­mal­low ears to match the bunny mug and caramel pop­corn.
