This instant cake is so easy, it’s almost too good to be true. The chocolate you use will influence the sweetness of the cake; keep this in mind when you add the sugar. Makes 1 sumptuous serving Preparation time: 2 minutes Cooking time: 2 minutes • 45ml self-raising flour • 15–30ml brown sugar • 15ml cocoa • 125ml dark chocolate chips • pinch of salt • 45ml milk • 15ml coconut oil • 15ml peanut butter
Spoon the dry ingredients into a coffee mug and stir until blended. Add the milk, oil and peanut butter and stir until it all comes together. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Let the cake cool for a minute in the closed microwave. Decorate as desired and enjoy straight from the mug. We added a dollop of cream, marshmallow ears to match the bunny mug and caramel popcorn.
