2 shots white rum (Bac­ardi) 1 shot Coin­treau 200ml white wine ice cubes 2 lime wedges 2T pome­gran­ate ar­ils soda wa­ter

Serves 2

Pour the rum, Coin­treau and wine over ice cubes in a red-wine glass. Gar­nish with a lime wedge and pome­gran­ate ar­ils, and top up with soda wa­ter to taste.
