For­age Restau­rant at Wildekrans Wine Es­tate is an idyl­lic foodie hotspot just out­side Her­manus in the Over­berg. All in­gre­di­ents for the modern, indige­nous-style meals pre­pared here are ei­ther for­aged from the es­tate grounds (hence the name) by the chefs, or are oth­er­wise sourced from lo­cal ar­ti­sans and farm­ers.The menus at For­age Restau­rant are sea­sonal, and pric­ing ranges from R250 for two cour­ses, to R955 for a six-course pair­ing menu with the award-win­ning Wildekrans Es­tate wines.
