Dear SA Express
I was recently on a flight from East London to Durban, and the stellar service by one of your cabin crew members, Bronwyn, deserves a special mention. In an era where good customer service appears to have fallen by the wayside, it was refreshing to note Bronwyn going the extra mile to assist and serve the passengers on flight SA1306.
Bronwyn made the effort to engage in friendly banter with all of the passengers she served, and even seemed to know the regular travellers on that route. Her smile and good humour were really infectious and made the flight that much more pleasant.
I sincerely hope that the management of SA Express have already spotted these positive qualities, and that she is on the path to being developed for bigger and better things within the group. Bronwyn’s poise, charm, grace and professionalism should be held up as the Utopian standard that other cabin crew members should aspire to.
Well done, Bronwyn, it was an absolute privilege flying with you.
Congratulations to Tessa Brennan who wrote our winning letter this month, and walks away with a Samsonite Flux 55 cm spinner suitcase valued at R2,699.
I would like to express my appreciation for the support we received from your co-worker (we think her name was Faith) in your OR Tambo ticket office when she transferred our booking and tickets from 19th to 20th March (flight SA1701 to Walvis Bay) – since we had missed the flight on the 19th due to inclement weather conditions at Heathrow Airport which caused more than two-hour delays.
We are especially grateful for your support as we were desperate to travel and arrive in Walvis Bay as soon as possible, as my wife had lost her mom the previous week and we were anxious to join the rest of the family.
Thank you again for the support and for getting us onto the next available flight.
With kind regards, Rolf von Ascheraden Do You Have Something to Say?
