Quality coaches

Football supporters tend to criticise football players for their performances, but do we really pay attention to the quality of coaching? In European leagues it is compulsory for the coach to possess specific coaching badges. That requirement has led to only the best coaches being hired, thus improving the quality of coaching within that league.

I believe it is time a similar approach is adopted in our professional league. An improvement in the quality of coaching will improve the quality of our players, the quality of our league and that of our national team.
