VEHI­CLE B­RE­AK-IN - QU­EEN STR (Fri 30 Ju­ne @ 00h45) - C­lient re­por­ted 3 sus­pects tam­pe­ring with a vehi­cle. Of­fi­cer re­spon­ded and found door stan­ding o­pen.

O­w­ner con­fir­med no­thing mis­sing from Vehi­cle.

BURGLARY - NEW STR (Mon 3 Ju­ly @ 16h30) - C­lient re­por­ted a b­re­ak-in at a back s­to­re on pro­per­ty.

Sus­pect/s bro­ke wall of sto­re­room and sto­le a num­ber of po­wer tools. In­ci­dent hap­pe­ned so­me ti­me du­ring the nig­ht. Ca­se was o­pe­ned with SAPS.

AT­TEMP­TED BURGLARY - NEL­SON STR (Tu­es 4 Ju­ly @ 12h49) - C­lient re­por­ted an at­temp­ted b­re­ak-in af­ter fin­ding for­ce marks on the door. No access gai­ned, no ca­se o­pe­ned.

BURGLARY - MAIN STR (Wed 5 Ju­ly @ 06h36) - Of­fi­cer no­ti­ced a bro­ken win­dow at pre­mi­ses.

O­w­ner was no­ti­fied. Sus­pect bro­ke glass of cot­ta­ge win­dow and pul­led cash re­gis­ter clo­ser. An unkno­wn a­mount of mo­ney was re­por­ted mis­sing from the till. SAPS we­re in­for­med and a ca­se was o­pe­ned.

PARADISE / KNYS­NA HEIGHTS / HEUWELKRUIN

BURGLARY - RIDGE DR (T­hurs 29 Ju­ne @ 19h20) - Guest­hou­se o­w­ner re­que­sted as­sis­tan­ce af­ter sus­pect en­te­red the hou­se whi­le re­si­dent ho­me.

A wal­let, mu­sic sy­stem and No­te­pad we­re sto­len. SAPS we­re in­for­med and a ca­se was o­pe­ned.

Sus­pects we­re la­ter ar­res­ted for pos­si­ble link to the b­re­ak-in.

THEFT - RIO STR (Wed 5 Ju­ly @ 13h55) - All­sound Of­fi­cer spot­ted a tres­pas­ser in pro­per­ty. Man was found in pos­ses­si­on of win­dow/door hand­les sto­len from ne­ar­by pro­per­ty.

The o­w­ner was in­for­med but de­cli­ned to o­pen a ca­se. Sus­pect had to be re­le­a­sed and was es­cor­ted out the a­rea.

FISHER HA­VEN / HUN­TERS HO­ME / REXFORD

THEFT - MARLIN DR (Mon 3 Ju­ly @ 14h58) - Key­hol­der re­que­sted as­sis­tan­ce af­ter fin­ding young­sters on si­te ste­a­ling golf balls. Of­fi­cers de­tai­ned the ju­ve­ni­les and no­ti­fied SAPS. Both we­re un­der-a­ged and furt­her de­alt with by SAPS.

AT­TEMP­TED BURGLARY - WATSONIA STR (T­hurs 29 Ju­ne @ 16h11) - Of­fi­cer re­spon­ded to a­larm sig­nal and found for­ce marks on a door. O­w­ner and key­hol­der we­re no­ti­fied. No en­try was gai­ned.
