RECIPES TO EASE THE NAUSEA
If you're pregnant and feeling nauseous or under the weather, whip up a batch of these cooling and calming healthy treats. They're packed with goodness.
Tutti-frutti popsicles Makes 8-10 YOU WILL NEED
2 cups mixed berries, quartered 1 banana, sliced ¾ cup orange juice 1 apple, peeled and cored 2cm ginger, finely grated Squeeze honey
Blitz all the ingredients until fine. Pour into 60ml popsicle moulds, cover with plastic wrap and insert sticks (this will help them stand up). Freeze until solid.
