Breakfasts, snacks and lunches for every day:
Breakfasts are usually a handful of muesli (recipe: Lose It! Vol 1 p16) and a boiled egg, if you’re boiling water for tea anyway, is always good.
Snacks and lunches:
Cheese for the first day or so – which cheese you take will depend on time of year and temperature. (NO processed cheese, of course!)
