Break­fasts, snacks and lunches for ev­ery day:

Break­fasts are usu­ally a hand­ful of muesli (recipe: Lose It! Vol 1 p16) and a boiled egg, if you’re boil­ing wa­ter for tea any­way, is al­ways good.

Snacks and lunches:

Cheese for the first day or so – which cheese you take will de­pend on time of year and tem­per­a­ture. (NO pro­cessed cheese, of course!) Bil­tong Re­ally dry pork crack­ling Avo... you can take one that’s not quite ripe yet and en­joy it a few days in Fish bil­tong Nuts and seeds Char­cu­terie Seed crack­ers (recipe from Real Meal Revo­lu­tion)
