Choose what you re­ally want over what you want only now. • Set goals and cel­e­brate mile­stones. • Seek sup­port so you’re al­ways sur­rounded by peo­ple who mo­ti­vate you to keep go­ing, es­pe­cially when you’re not see­ing much dif­fer­ence. • Get ac­tive. We tend to grav­i­tate to­wards snack­ing be­cause we’re bored. Stay­ing ac­tive ex­er­cises the body and the brain.
