LOSE IT! - - Inspiration -

• If you’re just start­ing to change to low carb, push through the carb flu and crav­ings. Hang in there un­til you be­come fat adapted and then you will not be­lieve how easy it be­comes. Once you feel the ben­e­fits you will never go back.

• Keep some Bant­ing treats on hand if you need a pick-me-up. My two favourites are kale chips and pork crack­ling.

• I’d rec­om­mend join­ing a group or get­ting a coach for ac­count­abil­ity and en­cour­age­ment. I wish I’d known about some of the re­sources and sup­port avail­able. Learn­ing from oth­ers is amaz­ing and hav­ing some­one walk the jour­ney with you is so valu­able!
