MATCHA TEA BREAK­FAST BOWLS

• 1 tsp matcha green tea pow­der, dis­solved in a lit­tle warm wa­ter • 4 cups dou­ble cream yo­ghurt • 1 tbsp chia seeds • 100g mixed berries • 2 tbsp des­ic­cated co­conut • 2 tbsp xyl­i­tol syrup • fresh mint, to gar­nish

1. Mix the matcha tea, yo­ghurt and chia seeds. Di­vide the mix­ture be­tween 4 serv­ing bowls and place them in the fridge to chill for 30 min­utes. 2. To serve: Di­vide the berries be­tween the 4 bowls. Sprin­kle co­conut on top and driz­zle the syrup all over. Gar­nish with fresh mint.
