SWEET TURMERIC JELLIES
½ tsp turmeric, ground pinch of stevia powder juice of 1 lime 15g gelatine powder 2½ cups water mint sprigs, to garnish
1. Oil a 15x15cm baking tin. Mix the turmeric, stevia and lime juice in a small bowl. Add the gelatine to ¼ cup water in another small bowl and let it stand until it has set. 2. Fill a small pot with 2 cups water. Add the turmeric mixture and the gelatine. Bring the liquid to a simmer and stir until the gelatine has dissolved. 3. Pour the jelly into the prepared tin and chill it in the fridge to set. 4. To serve: Cut the jelly into squares or circles and serve them chilled, garnished with mint.
