LOSE IT! - - Medical Advice -

As a doc­tor, I’ve learned to ac­cept that cer­tain peo­ple will not stick to a low-carb life­style. It’s not that they don’t want to; it’s just eas­ier to live a life that re­quires no ef­fort or sac­ri­fice. I chal­lenge peo­ple to fol­low the lowcarb life­style for six weeks (with­out cheat­ing) and then de­cide whether the im­prove­ment in their health was worth the sac­ri­fice.
