STEP 1

Start with a sheer coverage foundation and a concealer to cover up any blemishes and under-eye discoloration.

STEP 2

Dip a medium natural-fibre brush into a satin or matt textured powder cream one or two shades darker than your natural skin tone. Place the brush close to your ear and follow the groove line under your cheekbone about four centimetres down towards your mouth.

STEP 3

Once the contour line is in place, dust off any excess product from the brush and lightly buff the edges to avoid hard lines. To minimise the size of your forehead, dust a small amount of the same powder around your hairline.

STEP 4

Identify the high planes of your face:cheekbones, centre of your forehead, bridge of your nose, Cupid’s bow, centre of the chin and under the brow line. Using a highlighter pen in a cooler tone, place four dots under your eye, from the inner corner down to the top of your cheekbone.Apply the pen to all the high planes and buff until seamless with your foundation.
