as the owner of Stu­dio HV, an event and con­cept de­sign stu­dio in Cape Town, my clients are mainly from the food and wine in­dus­try, but also in­clude the likes of Dutch trend fore­caster Li Edelkoort.I grew up on

ta­ble-grape farm and my ear­li­est mem­o­ries are of stand­ing on a chair next to the stove, stir­ring pots. It was in­evitable that my ca­reer would end up be­ing mostly food-ori­ented. The high­light of my year is def­i­nitely the Spier Se­cret Fes­ti­val in Oc­to­ber, hosted by Spier Wine Farm, which fo­cuses on food trends from around the globe.
