THE BLUSH EFFECT

Marie Claire (South Africa) - - BEAUTY -

We know very few women who aren’t after a youthful glow. Celebrity make-up artist Christine Lucignano for Chanel suggests a really easy way to achieve that sought-after luminosity: ‘First, spray a hydrating, energising mist on your face to refresh skin; mix foundation with a liquid illuminator and apply; then set the foundation with a pressed powder. Apply a lighter coloured powder blush from upper cheekbone to the temples in a C-formation. Apply blush in a darker hue following the same sweep, on the inner edge of the ‘C’, to create contours and add depth.’
