‘I don’t put pres­sure on my­self to suc­ceed’

Suc­cess is be­ing happy in what you do and wak­ing up ev­ery day ex­cited to do it. Ho do ou et oal I set goals but not in the tra­di­tional sense. I don’t put pres­sure on my­self to suc­ceed and do well. My goals are around im­pact. For ex­am­ple, I ask my­self: Is what I am do­ing go­ing to help, ed­u­cate or sup­port oth­ers? To net or in ti This is tricky. I am not a huge fan of crowds or strangers; it gives me anx­i­ety. How­ever, net­work­ing is key. So I treat it as part of the job, and I like to do my job well. Just go out there, in­tro­duce your­self with con dence, lis­ten and con­trib­ute where it is use­ful or needed.
