Use these three moves in a high-paced out­door cir­cuit to torch belly fat:

1 / Burpees Drop into a push-up, chest on the floor. Then jump up­wards and clap your hands above your head. Do 3 sets of 20.

2 / Lunges Step for­ward into a lunge, torso up­right and back knee touch­ing the floor. Step into a lunge on the other side. Do 3 sets of 10 each leg.

3 / Buck Hops Get into a push-up po­si­tion. Raise your right knee to­wards your chest and hold. Re­turn to the start and re­peat with your left. Do 3 sets of 10.
